And none of them were complete. No towels, no sheets, no smart lock, no safety kit — exactly the items you need to pass inspection and get your DET holiday-home permit. Every gap came back later as a high-margin ‘extra’.
So we built the opposite. One complete scope, every invoice shared, one flat fee.
